THANK YOU to all of our #EnzoaniRealBride2016 Sweepstakes participants who submitted their most romantic stories!

After tallying total Likes/Shares in outlining our Top 10 Finalists, the Enzoani offices worldwide in the USA, United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa came together to form a global decision and determine the winning story. With so many gorgeous, moving submissions posted to our Contest Gallery, the competition was absolutely neck and neck this year.

But for the moment we've all been waiting for...we're happy to announce that the WINNER of our #EnzoaniRealBride2016 Sweepstakes is:

HEATHER + PHIL

"He had planned it perfectly but little did he know, it would all go wrong. After meeting when teaching at the same International School in China, Phil, dry humoured Brit met me, a chatty South African. Our time together has been adventurous, being very fortunate to travel around Asia during our school holidays. Two years passed, we moved to Hong Kong, and that is where we currently live.

The proposal location - Chamonix in the French Alps, December 2015, an exciting snowboarding holiday was planned, something both of us had been looking forward to for months. After a morning on the slopes, we raced to get up to the viewing tower of Mont Blanc, a picturesque setting for a proposal - almost 4000 metres up. Sadly for Phil, altitude didn't agree with me, I felt dizzy and fainted. Needless to say, all I wanted to do was to get down as I was feeling nauseous. I think I would have perked up if I knew he had a diamond in his pocket!

Plan B was an outdoor hot spring later that day. Advertised as a quaint, romantic getaway with photos of falling snow around a hot spring as you sipped on champagne. The reality - wedged between bodies while being splashed in the face didn't seem to cut it. Yet again the ring didn't get the chance to make it onto my finger. Finally, in the quiet of our little hotel room, Phil dragged me by the feet to the edge of the bed while he dropped to one knee. The tears flooded as I realised all the trouble he had gone through.

The drama however didn't end there. The next day strolling through Chamonix town with my diamond sparkling with the snow around us, I stopped and turned white. The ring was gone. It had slipped off my finger and because of the cold, I hadn't noticed that it had fallen off. The rest was a miracle. We tried to back track where we had walked. We split off in different directions and there it was, just lying in the middle of the road. I ran to pick up my ring, tears running down my face. People did think I was acting a little odd as I held up my ring, still in a squatting position, repeating, "My ring, my ring!"

Enzoani, with your help, our wedding day will not be as stressful as our engagement. I found one of your dresses in the first bridal boutique I went to. My mom and sister came with me to try on dresses that special day. I have found my dress!"
