Eric and I met our sophomore year of college. We both had a love for basketball and sports and that attracted us to one another right away!

Eric and I spent our first summer hanging out with friends, going to country concerts, playing in 3 on 3 basketball tournaments and a lot of time at the YMCA.

On December 17th 2016, after 6 years of "patiently" waiting Eric asked me to marry him. I was so ready for that moment that I can't even remember if I said YES. All I know is that I was able to say "I DO" on June 1, 2018 to the most perfect man and can't wait to spend forever with him!

My most favourite wedding day memory was having my grandfather who is more like my "Dad" walk me down the aisle to the man of my dreams, and Eric's reaction when he saw me!

My grandfather has overcome a lot of health issues over the last couple years including open heart surgery; it was constantly wondering and worrying if he was going to be there for the biggest day! I thank God for having him there and sharing that moment and day with me!

I had been told over and over "It goes by too fast", and "take it all in". I can't stress enough how TRUE that is.
