You've seen her before on our IGTV and our Real Bride by Enzoani series on YouTube, and now she's back! Enzoani Brand Ambassador Karly Komoroske from Blush Bridal Couture in Tustin, California teams up with us here to answer our brides' frequently asked questions during these crazy times. We want to help put your minds at ease!

Before we dive in, Karly and the whole Enzoani family thank all of our essential workers for everything they’ve been doing, putting their lives on the line. All of the first responders, doctors, nurses, medical professionals, grocery store workers, delivery people, the people that are really keeping everything moving behind the scenes of the world to keep it functioning... We are so appreciative of you. Thank you, thank you!

"The number one question that we’ve been asked - and we're sure many bridal stores across the world are receiving this question:

I’ve already placed an order, is my dress still going to get here?

Absolutely yes, 100%. The factories are at almost near-capacity with workers as far as being back to a normal workflow, which is excellent news in that regard. We're so glad to hear that people are getting better, and the infection rate is lower overseas. It's great news all across the board. Dresses are still being shipped, and Enzoani is still receiving dresses, so if you do have an open order, you are totally good! You are going to have your dress, do not fret.

Obviously, if anything changes, Enzoani will let us know as far as lead times changing in any way, shape or form, or if there are any specific delays for certain orders. Enzoani always keeps us informed, they’re always very transparent about all of that. I tell my brides that, "No news is good news.” If I'm not calling you out of nowhere, there is no reason to worry.

It’s business as usual. If you have an existing order with an authorized boutique for an Enzoani dress, do not worry, things are still coming in. Things are still moving, flowing, and obviously how stores are approaching this is a case-by-case scenario. Our retailers have tricks up their sleeves to get through this and are working very diligently behind the scenes to make sure that even though we’re not seeing new brides, existing orders are still getting taken care of. We are keeping an eye out for priority orders. Don't worry, if you’ve got an open order for a dress, you're gonna get your dress!"
