"'We met in the gym' is what we normally tell people when we are asked how we met. Dan actually slid into my DM’s after seeing me at the gym, something I love to wind him up about, so not too far from the truth, I guess! I’d known of Dan as we had attended the same school, but we’d never really spoken. My sister knew him better than I did, and when I told her he’d messaged me, her response will forever stick in my mind… 'OMG he’s so funny… you’ll end up marrying him!' We spent our first date talking, laughing and drinking for hours. After an impromptu curry and a lush Sunday dinner that same week, I knew there was something worth pursuing, and six years later, we couldn’t be without each other. With a shared love for food, drink, having fun, exercising and travelling, we have experienced so much together, and I can’t wait for our next chapter as Mr. and Mrs. Richards!"
