Each of the spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were progressively more and more stunning to experience.

Also, with a Chihuly exhibition at the same time and the main centrepiece in our reception venue, the wedding was also part art exhibition as well.

I’d like to think I’m a relatively logical and analytical person; I applied this mindset throughout the dress buying experience.

I had originally purchased a different designer’s dress that ticked all my checkmarks – silhouette, fabric, budget-friendly, etc.

But then, I was visiting the dress boutique to do final payments when I saw the Enzoani collection, and all reason flew out the window.

I fell in love with the NATALIA and NORINE on display and had to have them.

In fact, I paid extra to cancel my original dress (thanks for being so flexible, White Gown!) since it was already in production, to purchase the two Enzoani dresses – one for the ceremony and one for the reception.

I loved the lace and sequin embellishments that made me feel so feminine and ethereal.

Along with the train and illusion neckline, NORINE was all I could ask for and more for a ceremony dress to say my vows in.

Advice to other brides?

Staying organized really helps reduce stress. Have a place for every document so you can reference the latest status updates, and know that weddings can become extremely complex in scope and detail.
