Lush green palm leaves, the perfect sunset... we're definitely feeling all the beachy vibes set in Palmetto Beach, Florida. Enzoani retail partner Tie the Knot Boutique stylizes this shoot featuring the new 2019 collections. PLUS, we chat with the owner, Kelly Brudniak, as she discusses her history with Enzoani.

Tell us a little history about your boutique! How did you get started?

After working in various areas of the wedding industry and graduating with a degree in Resort & Hospitality Management, it became my dream to open a bridal boutique of my own. The brainstorming process began while sitting on the beach (because that’s what we do in Florida!) and before I knew it, the concept of Tie the Knot Boutique took off. Within a matter of weeks, I had found a location on a beautiful marina, which was a perfect fit for the name I had already chosen.

Tell us your history with Enzoani - how did you become a partner?

After meeting with several dress designer representatives, there was no comparison to the Enzoani gowns! Coincidentally, the first dress that my Enzoani rep, Paul, showed me was the “Jackie” dress from the 2017 Blue collection. The dress was gorgeous, and with Jackie being my mom’s first name – I knew it was a sign that this was the perfect fit for Tie the Knot!

We’re honored that brides travel from all over the state of Florida to see our handpicked selections, as we carry all three collections by Enzoani.

What are some of your favorite Enzoani gowns? Why?

One of my favorite gowns from this season is NORINE – it’s a mix of classic and edgy with its high neck and illusion bodice. Another favorite is NAMI, her sleek silhouette and long lace train are to die for! For the modern, sophisticated bride, we are loving BT19-6 – sometimes less is more!

When a bride finds "the one," it's an incredibly special moment. Tell us about a memorable moment you've experienced in bridal or with an #EnzoaniRealBride. Is it a new experience each time?

While every bridal appointment is unique in its own way, we love when our previous brides return with their friends, sisters or other family members. Putting their trust in us to share their experience with their loved ones means the world to us! Being a smaller, intimate boutique, we are always grateful to add to our bridal family.

Take us through an appointment. What is it like when you first step into Tie the Knot Boutique?

From the moment you arrive at Tie the Knot Boutique, you can’t help but be impressed by our serene setting. We are located at Regatta Pointe Marina in Palmetto, Florida, where we have beautiful waterfront views from our boutique (evening appointments get to take advantage of amazing sunsets!).

Our focus is solely on the bride-to-be, where all appointments are private, and you never have to fight for a mirror. We offer the bride and her guests refreshments while we get an idea of what her vision is for her big day. We encourage her to bring photos, but also to keep an open mind and have fun! Once she has found her dream dress, we spend some time completing the look with some finishing touches – a veil, headpiece, or some bling! We then wrap up the appointment with a champagne celebration!

What was the inspiration behind the shoot?

We were approached by Liza Kirk Photography to collaborate on a shoot using her amazing photography skills and our favorite Enzoani gowns. She had a vision of shooting at Emerson Point Preserve in Palmetto, FL to highlight the lush greenery that our area has to offer. We then finished the shoot on location at Regatta Pointe Marina, where Tie the Knot Boutique is located to showcase our unique setting.

What are your favorite images?

The entire shoot turned out amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team that made it all happen! From Liza’s eye for lighting, to our gorgeous models and our outstanding makeup artist, every aspect of this shoot was perfect. Some of my favorite images from the photoshoot are the ones showcasing NAMI, NATASSIA, and LONNIE on our beautiful marina at sunset. Personally, I am obsessed with all the images showing off the long lace details on the Enzoani trains!

What is a piece of advice you’d like to pass on to brides shopping for their dream dress? Any myths to debunk?

Be open-minded and expect to have fun! It’s your special day, so enjoy the moment! Bring your closest friends or family members whose opinions matter the most to you. Keep in mind that it is okay and very common to find your gorgeous dress at your first boutique (and sometimes it’s even the first dress you try on!).

If you love your dress, love your experience, and love your boutique - it’s the one! There’s no need to second-guess yourself wondering if there’s something else out there. Commit to it and check it off your list. You will definitely feel so much weight off your shoulders. Remember to pick a dress that you love, that makes you feel beautiful and confident!
