It's a love match! From meeting on Tinder to celebrating their special day at Hammock Beach, Rebecca and Joseph could not be happier.

Tell us your love story...

"My husband and I met and matched on Tinder while he was in town visiting family. I drove myself and my German Shepherd 12 hours to meet him for the first time (he was already back in VA when I matched with him). He is in the Coast Guard and we did long distance for the first 9 months of our relationship. We soon realized that we wanted to be married and couldn't wait any longer, so we tied the knot in VA at the court house. I told him there were 2 things that needed to be done before I would agree to the courthouse: 1- he had to ask my dad's permission, 2- we still had to have the wedding of my dreams so I could wear the perfect wedding dress. We married on 10.15.21 in front of family and friends, and it was the most magical day. Looking forward to the rest of our lives together!"

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?

"The entire day was absolutely perfect and even better than I could've imagined. The best memory would be walking down the stairs and turning to see him standing at the end of the aisle. I couldn't help but smile because I was so excited to be marrying my best friend all over again and reading our vows in front of family and friends (we didn't say vows at the courthouse, so this was extra special)."

Tell us about the dress...

"I had a vision for my wedding dress and absolutely fell in love with Enzoani and all the dresses in the collection. I actually was thinking of going with Natsuko, but Octavia just felt so perfect on me and I felt so beautiful in it! It was definitely THE dress!!!"

Do you have any advice for other brides?

"Take in every moment of your wedding day as it truly does go by so quick. Don't worry about the small details (easier said than done, I know), but at the end of the day none of that mattered! It really is the best day!"
